The Site also includes a limited renter inquiry form so renters can request the type of space they’re looking for. Renters cannot reserve, book, or guarantee any space through the Site.

3) What We Do (and Don’t Do)

Rent That Space provides general information about our process and may help connect available spaces with potential renters.

We do not guarantee:

• that we will accept or use any submitted space
• that any space will be available at any time
• that any renter will be approved
• that any owner will be approved
• any specific pricing, rent amount, occupancy, or income
• that any inquiry will result in a match or an agreement

All rentals (if any) are subject to evaluation, availability, applicable rules, and a separate written agreement.

4) Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site.

If you submit information as a property owner or manager, you represent that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf and you have permission to share the property details you submit.

5) Submissions (Forms, Property Information, and Renter Requests)

When you submit information through the Site (owner form or renter inquiry form), you agree that:

• the information is accurate and not misleading
• you will not submit illegal, harmful, or fraudulent information
• you will only submit photos, documents, or content you own or have permission to share (if applicable)
• we may use the information you send to review your request, evaluate eligibility, and contact you regarding next steps
• We may, but are not required to, respond to every submission.

6) Renter Inquiry Form (Important Limits)

If you are a renter using the Site:

• the renter form is for expressing interest only
• submitting the form does not create any right to a space
• we do not promise availability, pricing, timeline, or approval
• any rental arrangement requires a separate written agreement and may include screening, rules, and payment terms

7) Communications Consent (Calls, Texts, and Email)

By submitting a form, you consent to receive communications from us regarding your inquiry, which may include phone calls, emails, and text messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

8) Site Use Rules

You agree not to:
